1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Alpha Express Truck Wash, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
Alpha Express Truck Wash offers truck and tractor washing services at our facility located at 538 Tribal Road South, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Services are provided on an appointment and walk-in basis.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at our location.
• Any outstanding balances must be settled before additional services are rendered.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion if services were not performed satisfactorily.
• No refunds will be given for services that have been fully rendered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicles before service.
• Alpha Express Truck Wash is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.
• Customers must comply with all safety instructions while on our premises.

6. Liability & Damage

• While we take great care in handling your vehicle, Alpha Express Truck Wash is not liable for pre-existing damages or damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
• If you believe damage occurred during service, you must report it before leaving the premises.

7. Conduct & Refusal of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or non-compliant with our policies.
• Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other customers may result in being banned from our services.

8. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms
Alpha Express Truck Wash reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or at our facility.
